Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Size Mismatch

  • Exchanges are available for size issues except for free-size items.

  • If incorrect size details were provided by the customer, they will be responsible for both delivery and reverse pickup charges.

Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, we will provide a free replacement.

Clear photo or video proof of the damage is required for verification.

Processing Time

Once your refund, return, or exchange request is approved:

  • The entire processing time can take 3 to 5 working Days,

  • and may take longer in cases of stock shortages or high-volume periods.


Time Frame for Submitting Requests

All refund, exchange, or return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
Requests submitted beyond 24 hours may not qualify for processing.

  • Your order number

  • The reason for refund/exchange/return

  • Photo/video proof (for damage or incorrect item)
