We currently offer refunds only under valid circumstances. Please note:
Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind requests.
Approved refunds will be processed after deducting 15% (processing fee) plus the regular delivery and reverse pickup charges.
Refunds are issued only after our team inspects and approves the returned item.
